The 9esim physical card enables eSIM service plans on phones lacking native eSIM capability. Functionally, it is identical to a phone's built-in eSIM feature.

3. Why can't the 9esim app detect my 9esim card on my Android phone?

Please tap “Device Compatibility” in the app to view supported card slots for your phone. Ensure the 9esim card is inserted into a compatible slot. If your phone doesn't support direct card writing via the app, you'll need to use a 9esim card reader to complete the writing process.

4. How do I check if my phone supports 9esim physical eSIM cards?

5. How do I use 9esim on iOS devices?

Apple phones cannot write cards directly. You must use an Android phone to write the eSIM configuration profile first, then insert it into the Apple phone for use, or use a 9esim card reader for writing.

6. Can I insert the 9esim card into devices like portable Wi-Fi routers?

If your electronic device supports multiple network standards like a phone, it can theoretically be used. You must first download the eSIM configuration profile on your phone, activate it, and then insert the card.

7. Can an eSIM configuration file be deleted after writing?

Yes, it can be deleted and rewritten an unlimited number of times. However, deletion is only permitted when two or more eSIM configuration files are present on the device. Deletion is not allowed if only one file exists.

8. What should I do if the EID is rejected?

There are two scenarios: First, rejection due to duplicate downloads requires contacting your carrier for an update and rescan. Second, if your carrier has enabled a whitelist service, you must first send the card's EID to the carrier for binding before redownloading.

9. Can I redownload an eSIM configuration file after deleting it in the software?
